Retirement Coaching
Retirement is not the finish line. It’s the start of something new and different!
You’ve got the finances sorted, so let’s talk about the rest. Who will you be in retirement? What will the purpose of your life be? How will you spend your time? Having the support of a retirement coach can make your transition more meaningful and joyful:
Your whole self. This isn't just about replacing work. It's about rediscovering who you are. You'll explore what brings you joy, strengthen your relationships, stay physically and mentally active and create a life that reflects your deepest values.
Personalized plans. Through proven tools and exercises, you'll develop a written Retirement Wellness Plan that addresses the mental, social, physical, and spiritual aspects of your life. You'll finally have clarity on how to fill your time with things that truly matter.
A legacy that lasts. You'll create a Legacy Notebook to share your wisdom, values and life lessons with future generations. You can ensure your next years are about building something meaningful that outlasts you.

“I reached out to Alan with only the vaguest sense that I wanted to make a change in my career. The fact that I had about 100 ideas and no specific direction didn't faze him at all. To the contrary, he thoughtfully suggested reading and exercises that helped create a vision for my work life that felt both exciting and reachable - and then patiently worked through the design process with me during our coaching sessions. Alan instills a sense of confidence and calm in his clients that will undoubtedly serve them well, no matter the ultimate career path.”
